another one of my fav albums of 2009. screen vinyl image features members of alcian blue and skywave but these dudes add synths and dance-ish beats to the psychedelic-ish sound of newer shoegaze bands and the result is truly amazing music. one track (death defiance) even reminds me of the happy mondays had they done a track with jesus and mary chain. get it if you like the december sound, raveonettes, skywave, the vandelles and/or a place to bury strangers. you'd probably love this. if you don't...well, fuck you.
