the previous rip was shit. here's a better version of this awesome album.
finally the new the sounds album is out. crossing the rubicon is the 3rd full length from this swedish band, i've been waiting for this for a couple of years and though it's not as upbeat and catchy as their previous albums, it feels more mature, dunno might be a grower.

I'm no audiophile; this sounds the same as the last one.
It's still a good album, but I'm sure many people are going to avoid it due to pitchfork's low rating.

oh man, saddest thing is that's probably true.
id avoid it if dickfork gave it a high rating...not that id ever look at dickforks reviews, although i can always tell when dickfork likes something; the guy who lives upstairs falls in love with it instantly - hes a bit of a dick himself by the way.
