koenji hyakkei are a zeuhl band. if you don't know what zeuhl is then look at the wikipedia article or something, it's p. cool. the main guy in this band is also from that band ruins, i think they might be more well known. this is a pretty fun album, i think, it has like opera influences and shit, it's cool.
